ReplyDeleteThe Czech Republic has two Christmas holidays the main 24th and on the evening of 5th December you're likely to witness see a trio St.Nicolas (dressed as a Bishop)an Angel and Devil wandering through the street.They look for children who are often rather scared by the sight of the trio and ask them if they've been good or bad over the last year.Good behaviour is rewarded with sweets or small toys bad behaviour is punished with coal and potatoes!!! If you been bad this year don't go to the Czech Republic :)
