The RainfoRest
ReplyDeleteThe RainfoRest can be in places like BRazil and has lots of diffeRnt animals like the toucan and jaguaR.But now that people aRe cutting down the tRees it's affecting the animals because they now have lost theiR homes.The Reason they aRe cutting them down is to make more land to grow crops on and to tuRn wood into stuff like fuRniture and papeR.But we can help the animals and the people that live in the Rainforests
by Recycling and doing other stuff so the Rainforests dont look like the pictuRe above and i dont think they should'nt cut the tRees down because we get flowers for diseases that can cure seRious illnesses.
'R' deseRt sounds.
ReplyDeleteIn the deseRt they don't have as many plants as we have, but that doesn't mean theRe's none. A cactus is a deseRt plant and some tRees as well. Because of the heat in the deseRt the tRees don't be as gReen and leafy as ours. Now foR deseRt animals a RoadRunneR is a deseRt animal. They aRe approximately 18-22 inches fRom the tip of the beak to the tip of the tail.
And that's some infoRmation about the deseRet.

ReplyDeleteThere are different kinds of trees and plants in the rainforest and I think there are blueberry and cranberry bushes. But I dont really like cranberries or blueberries. Some rattle snakes live in the rainforest. The rainforest is a brilliant topic to study.
There is a spider monkey called Rachel. She jumped from tree to tree. There was a dinosaur coming after her she was running very fast. The dinosaur got her and killed her but she came back alive.

ReplyDeleteRainforests are very important. They provide animals with their homes, but a lot are getting trapped. People are destroying the rainforest as they are cutting down trees and setting fires to the land, this is wrecking the forest. Experts say that 200 million tribal people live in the rainforest. It is wrong to destroy their homes. I think we should all try and help protect the rainforest as it provides a home for animals and people, and a place were plants and trees grow.
The Polar region
ReplyDeleteThe polar regions are rapidly melting because of global warming. If all the ice melts then our relaxing beaches will flood. Global warming is caused by oils and fuels which are damaging the earth's atmosphere.This lets in more sun which warms the earth. Animals such as polar bears, seals and penguins are losing their home as the ice melts. They will become endangered because they can't get fish that are in the deeper water. We should try to help by walking instead of driving which reduces our use of these damaging fuels.

"WOO!""Thats interesting, loads of the trees they are wrecking are used to make stuff",said Andy."Oh and we sould save the wood not waste it."said Jimmy
"Lets start right now"Andy said
"YAY!"shouted Jimmy.
Once upon a time in a rainforest lived a very clever toucan.He had a best friend which was a rattlesnake who was called Slither.One day the toucan called Tommy went out with Slither to pick some cranberries and put them in a carrier.Tommy the toucan always goes out to pick berries with Slither,they both love berries.Then one day Slither said to Tommy"Do you want to go and pick blueberries tomorrow for a change instead of cranberries","Yes",said Tommy.I can tell you why Tommy was so clever because he could tell you whatever answer you wanted to know and he was always correct.He was especially good at arithmetic.Then one day all the berries grew back and Tommy the toucan and Slither the snake sang to a nice rhythm and they all lived in the rainforest happily ever after.

ReplyDeleteThe colourful rattlesnake said, "Tomorrow I want to go to the rainforest."
"Mr. Wriggle said, "Before you go to the rainforest you will have to do some rainforest arithmetic."
"Why?" said the rattlesnake.
"Well, it's to make sure that you know what to do, so that you don't have a torrid time." explained Mr. Wriggle.
So rattlesnake did his rainforest arithmetic.
He worked very hard because he would have the wrath of the wretched narrator, Mr Wriggle, if he didn't.
