Richard climbed up the step ladder to replace a ceiling light. He removed the screw to release the light and was putting them in his pocket when he fell off the ladder. Creakily he left the hospital where he went to receive treatment. Richard had hurt his leg when he fell and had to decrease his training. He needed to increase his training slowly to get fit for the race.
